Our Chaga mushroom coffee is certified organic and fair trade certified. With two delicious blends to choose from. Arabica low acid chaga mushroom coffee and sumatra dark roast mushroom coffee. Both contain 20% organic chaga.
We roast our beans lightly to produce a beautiful deep and nutty flavour, making sure the unique flavour of the beans is fully exposed and not lost to "roast".
Annanda organic Chaga Mushrooms from Northwestern Ontario are air-dried, ground and blended with our roasted monsooned coffee adding a unique earthy flavour, helping to further tame the acidity and enhance the deep rich flavour. One also benefits from the nutritional aspects that the Chaga mushroom offers.
